Por ejemplo, "She screamed when she saw the spider" significa "Ella gritó cuando vio la araña".
  • La expresión scream for help significa gritar para pedir ayuda. Por ejemplo, "He screamed for help" puede traducirse como "Él gritó pidiendo ayuda".
  • Scream at someone significa gritarle a una persona, normalmente con enojo. Por ejemplo, "Do not scream at me" significa "No me grites".

Scream, shout y yell tienen significados relacionados.
